Give Us Your Poor: Bringing It Home
What is “Bringing It Home”?
Bringing It Home is a grassroots fundraising and awareness-building program comprised of volunteer supporters who believe in the mission of Give Us Your Poor. Anyone can be a part of Bringing it Home and there are number of ways people can get involved to help. The program began in 2003 through the enthusiasm and determination of a handful of supporters who raised funds by hosting dinner parties in honor of Give Us Your Poor.
Why get involved?
Many supporters determined to do something positive in their own communities, commit to raising money and awareness to support the mission of the Give Us Your Poor. Bringing It Home members are involved in everything from letter writing campaigns and dinner parties to galas and sporting events, each of which contributes to the common goal of supporting the efforts of Give Us Your Poor.
